Anonymously report near misses/close calls with the SDNM app in a secure and confidential manner. The app allows users to collect thorough information about incidents, potential injuries, damage to equipment, and safety improvements that can be made. Users can also upload images and include comments, with the app automatically blurring offensive, violent, and faces in uploaded photos to ensure anonymity.

Submissions are handled anonymously by default, providing users with a safe platform to share their observations. The app offers full offline support, ensuring data and images are auto-synchronized when a connection is available. It integrates seamlessly with device email for users to submit questions or feedback about the app.

Furthermore, the app includes a user feedback mechanism allowing users to rate and comment on its usability. Upon submission of a new Near Miss report, an email is sent to the Safety Operations team with all relevant data and secure links to scrubbed images for further investigation.
